I'm sorry for the long wait for World In Danger. Beta testing isn't going as smoothly as I had hoped and I have yet to get the voice acting for the second main character of the game.

On other news, I have decided on making two versions of the game. One with voice acting and one without. I'm doing this because of the tremendous filesize of the voice acted beta version of World In Danger, which was a whooping 580mb! If the second main character's voice acting is included it could run up to 620 or 650mb.
Limiting the voice acting to only the hero and enemy pain shouts, would bring it below 100mb for sure.

I do have to say that the voice acting really adds to the story telling of the game. Lets just say that without the voice acting you'd miss out on 45% of the experience.
Both version will be released simultantiously, so if you have a decent connection and the spare time I do recommend downloading the voice acted version.

Hello everyone!

Great news! The game has been completed and is currently being beta tested for flaws, errors and improvements. All there is left for me to do is fix the flaws found by the beta testers, add the second main characters voice acting and the credits. And the game will be released!!

The voice actor of the second main character Rocket, called me yesterday after he had time to read the mail I send him. He was suprised to see the game completed (almost) and was very eager to do the voice acting. If all goes well, and his schedule remains the same, he'll be dropping by my place next saterday to do his lines.

We're finally here ladies and gentlemen, after two and a half years of work, the game is finally done! Expect to see the actual release in the upcoming weeks.

Hello everyone (who are still visiting this site from time to time)!

Some good news, I've finished my first phase of testing the game. That means having completely played the game without major flaws from beginning to end (with some breaks in between, do to human needs like eating and sleeping )
I do have to note that on a low to medium spec computer, the chance exsists that "script hanging errors" will occur. I did manage to prevent those from happening during actual gameplay, they might or might not occur at the ending of a level. After you receive the completion code, so all that is needed is to restart the game again and enter you newly earned level code.
I'm really sorry about this, but there seems to be no way to prevent these errors. Apearantly RMXP will simply overload it's own resources and basicly over thinks itself to an error.
But like I said, it doesn't occur allot anymore (at first they came after each level, I managed to limited them to occuring between 1 or 2 chapters.)

Allong the way of playing I've also come across some minor improvements that need to be done and some minor bugs to fix. Other then that the game is working perfectly. I'll first finish up the extra features that will be included in the game, and after that I'll send it to my testers to do the second testing phase.
